I am Big and I am Loving it: Plus Size Fashion

              



                Fashion has no limits. And plus size fashion is of no exception. Plus size fashion has a remarkable evolution  and it is still continuous. The terms “queen-sized, plus size or full-figured “ so visible now either in fashion magazines and to online shopping sites where you can order a wide selection of trendy and fashionable plus size apparels in a jiffy.
 

                There are a lot of curvy fashionistas  all over the country.  And in response, online shopping websites started expanding  their market range offering plus size fashion trends and styles to lessen the difficulties of the voluptuous woman in finding outfits for suited for their sizes. Marc Jacobs in 2011, started his plus sized clothing line. There are lifestyle designers like Queen Grace, Rue 114,, BGU(Big Girls United) to name a few. Recently Jessica Simpson according to reports will  launch her own line too.

             Here are some tips that you might want to know because curvy women just like any other women of various body sizes are prone to fashion bloopers to. This will be at least a guide in selection trendy clothes that will make you feel good and comfortable.



1. Shirt dresses and wrap around. This definitely will hide the bulges in different places. There’s a lot of trendy shirt dress designs and wrap-around outfits for fuller figure. Just be mindful of the length though. Too short will add some pounds and longer ones can accentuate your bulges.


2. Choice of Color. If you want it simple and fuss-free Opt for the darker shades like black, dark reds, and navy blue because most often these colors will give the illusion of leaner figure and it definitely hide the bulges.


3. Know how to balance. Too much frills, with lots of bold accessories will add bulk. So try to balance it by careful selections of accessories instead, If you want bolder accessories, rather than investing more on the necklace, divert it into bags, belts, and earrings. Wear high heels as they make you look taller and leaner.


4. Don’t wear tight-fitting clothes. Invest instead on clothes that will loosely hug your body. Lycra is not really advisable except if it is for intimate apparels.


5.Choose your pants carefully. Low cut jeans will be good to hug the waistline perfectly. For work pants, avoid investing into baggy, pants as they add bulk, Pinstriped pants (with visible vertical lines) will be an awesome choice.



             Flaunt the body parts that you love. Don’t be to scared to experiment, Be confident and in-style for nothing is stopping you from enjoying the perks of big, beautiful and fabulous!
